What should I do after an Orange County DUI arrest?
Speak to an experienced drunk driving attorney right away. There’s much at stake, such as preserving your driver’s license and developing an effective defense — and time is of the essence; early representation can make a difference. Call us collect at (949) 954-7729 to receive initial legal consultation via free telephone-call.
Can your firm represent me at DMV license suspension hearings?
Yes. We will appear on your behalf at DMV hearings to contest suspension of your driver’s license and work to achieve the best outcome possible. If your license has already been suspended, don’t worry; we can meet you at our Newport Beach, Anaheim, or other Orange County satellite office.
What types of DUI cases do you handle?
We defend cases involving alcohol DUIs, drug and prescription drug DUIs, commercial driver DUIs, DUI injury DUIs, and more than one DUI. Additional services include legal representation for related criminal matters (such as theft and possession of drugs crimes) and expungement proceedings.
How are your fees structured?
Flat-rate fees include expungement and permanent dismissal services. Payment plans are individualized based on each client’s situation so everyone can afford quality representation.
What distinguishes the firm?
We take a boutique approach to DUI representation to ensure your case benefits from a team of attorneys (including former D.A’s and public defenders). Led by Oren Mark Atias, Esq., the team takes a hands-on approach, providing open communication and judgment-free support every step of the way. We see our clients’ cases through to clean record results when possible.
How quickly should I consult a lawyer about my DUI arrest?
How quickly you consult a lawyer is important; the sooner you consult with us, the more options you have – particularly when it comes to your DMV hearing and license suspension issues. Our free initial consultations are confidential.
Other than DUI defense, what other kinds of services do you provide?
In addition to DUI cases, including alcohol DUIs, drug DUIs, prescription DUIs, commercial driver licenses (CDLs), injury DUIs and more, we do criminal defense for related charges such as theft offenses, drug / controlled substance possession offenses, and expungements. We’ll guide you through every step to permanent dismissal where possible.
Do you work out payment plans if needed?
Sure. We obviously don’t want money to be an obstacle in retaining good legal assistance. Not only do we have flexible payment plans, but our fees also cover expungement and permanent dismissal assistance; i.e., you’re covered from beginning to end.
What makes your team especially qualified for this work?
In addition to lawyers who include former prosecutors and public defenders with decades of collective experience, firm founder Oren Mark Atias, Esq. has not only received academic honors that are among the highest in the field but also knows firsthand the things clients are dealing with.
